We syndicate our listings with sites such as Trulia, Zillow, yahoo, googlebase, oodle, hotpads, rentalhomepros, etc. depending on the capabilities of the solutions we utilize.  We also advertise through the local MLS, our own site/s , Craigslist, and others.  It is estimated that upwards of 85% of new rental prospects begin their search for properties online, and so we address the demands of the current marketplace.
