Tenants will be able to pay rent, submit work orders, review their account status, and review/download  all their documents online. It is our experience that this  system will help attract, and retain, a better  tenant to our offerings.
Owners  have instant access 24/7 through their online portal to customized statements, all documents, ongoing account balances, work requests, and pending or paid invoices.  We  have the ability to electronically deposit rental income to the owners account/s and the owner has the ability to submit funds for capital expenses or repairs through their online portal.
